The Site describes Eppur, its platform and its development pipeline for general information. Nothing on the Site is an offer, invitation or solicitation to buy or sell securities or any other financial instrument, to enter into any transaction, or to provide any service; nor is it investment, legal, tax or engineering advice. Any investment in or transaction with Eppur or its affiliates is made only under definitive written agreements with eligible parties. The Investor Disclaimer sets this out in full.
We take care to keep the Site accurate, but it is not a substitute for the due diligence any counterparty would carry out. In particular:

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Our failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and Eppur; no one else may enforce them. We may amend these terms by publishing a revised version on the Site, and your continued use after that is acceptance of the revision.
